  • As the Tampa Bay Lightning play for their second Stanley Cup in franchise history, people are looking back and remembering some of their best moments. One of those moments was when the Tampa Bay Lightning signed Canadian Manon Rheaume as the first female player in the NHL. Rheaume played goalie during a Lightning playoff game, stopping 7 of 9 shots against the St. Louis Blues. Now, independent film writer and producer Angie Bullaro is making a movie about Rheaume’s life. Rheaume made an appearance at the Stanley Cup playoffs to promote the movie. Learn more about Manon in the video below. Read the full story at Bar Down.
